THE STRATEGIES OF TEACHER

         Islam teaches us that teachers should be respected, revered, and honoured because of the sanctity of the knowledge they are conveying This is the relationship between teacher and student that we should aspire. Teacher and student should have connected about anything and many creativity of teaching  to improve student ability,student motivation and academic achievement because the way in teaching is how the teacher make an interesting explanation and make students learning better in the class. Giving awarded to students is more effective than giving punishment to students.

Rewarding student is a positive way to teach student right from wrong. When teacher reward student, teacher offer support through language and some kind of special treat or gift to show teacher approval. A reward might be as small as a sticker or as big as a new toy. Awarded is effective way to make students enjoy in the class because  students feel calm to join the learning process without compulsion. students will be happy and doing well in the object also strugle to be a good student and make they more confident. Usually the kind of giving awarded by the teacher is saying “thats good”, “Okay class, whoever gets their work done on time gets a sticker and a bonus if it is done well,  you are diligent student, great, good job, excelent.

punishment does not develop positive behaviors to student. Punishment usually is gived by teacher when student did not follow what the teacher want and make students doesnt make mistake for second time but it is different from the student feel, student will be suppressed and the impact they can not received the lesson well,even  they not feel like following the learning class and they will be afraid to say something or to show their skill. punishment does not match the crime committed, it may have less influence on future behavior. In other words, punishment that don't make sense to student and have nothing to do with what they did wrong, may not help them behave better next time. the example  “if you don’t finish  before class is over, you’ll be staying with me after school until you finish.”

However, student should give respect to the teacher and also a teacher should have many creative strategies to the student. there are many wrong strategies that is practiced by teacher because of that the teacher should have the best solution about the strategies of teaching to student. Because if we use punishment in academic or school it is very wrong.
