Why
do the most of Indonesian people prefer the western music to the Indonesian
music? The quality of the music becomes its main factor. It proves that the
western music has the better quality than the Indonesian music. Therefore, the
institute music of Indonesia should give new policies to increase the quality
of the Indonesian music.
The institute music
of Indonesia should give a policy about the launching of the album to make the
singer/ thegroup band popular in order to increase the quality of the Indonesian
music. At this era, they just need a song to be promoted in a television to
make them popular. However, at the old era, the singer or the group band must
have an album as the requirement of the promotion. It proves that the quality
of Indonesian music in the old era is
more professional than the quality of the Indonesian music in this era.
The
track(dubbing) or the semi track which is well-known as a lip-sing concert must
be restrained or forbidden by the Institute music of Indonesia to increase the
quality of the Indonesian music. At this era, there are too many singers/group
bands have a track or a semi track concert. It makes them no need to have a
great skill to be a popular singer/group band. It can influence the descent of
the Indonesian music.
The
rules of music in the old era are much better than in this era. The rules
efficiently made the quality of the Indonesian music developed rapidly.
Therefore, the Indonesian music should give new policies by imitating the rules
of music in the old era.
